From acquisition ...… through design, culture and leadership ...… to change management, delivering stakeholder outcomes through effective asset management requires a balanced and strategic approach, often at a global level. The Conference is designed to help practitioners, through selected keynote addresses from leading people, presentations on new developments and international best practices, case studies and forums. ICOMS Asset Management Conference 2011 will be the Asset Management Council’s 15th annual conference. Around 300 local and overseas maintenance professionals are expected to attend three days of concentrated talks, forums and social activities. Workshops will be held on the fourth day. |
