- The course contained a great deal of information. There was insufficient time available to digest the volume of information. Not having any engineering background and dealing with consumble inventory was a disadvantage in my case.
- The fundamentals as this forms the core for improvement.

- The models presented were comprehensive but too much detail. I struggled with the precise definitions being pushed.
