How to submit a conference abstract? PDF Print E-mail

1. Login

2. After login, click on “Submit Abstract” on the left menu.

3. If you have submitted abstracts before, they will be listed on this page. To submit a new abstract, click on the

“Add New Abstract” link at the bottom of the page.

4. On the new abstract page, please complete all of the fields.

In the topic section, you can either select from the dropdown list or click on the “Please Specify” radio button to add a new topic.

5. After you have completed all of the fields, you can either "Save" or "Submit" your abstract.  If you choose "Save", you can edit your abstract at a later date, but it will not be sent for review until you "Submit". If you click on "Submit", you will not be able to make any further amendments to your abstract.

6. After you save or submit, you can select the “Print” option at the bottom of the page.
