Join us on Friday, 4th October for our Implementing Asset Management in Government Symposium. Read on for a sneak peek of just one of the topics that we will be exploring during the day.
This session will focus on the challenges and lessons learned working with the Victorian State Government to achieve operational readiness signoff for ConnectEast/EastLink, a greenfield infrastructure project. We will consider the implementation and operational delivery of obligations and ongoing compliance with KPI requirements as stipulated by the State Concession Deed (Victoria) for the EastLink project. We will also contrast working with the Queensland Government on the implementation and operational delivery of the Road Franchise Agreement and Project Deeds when Queensland Motorways was transferred to QIC.
