Come along to explore: \n\nBasic concepts and terminology in asset management\nThe drivers for improving asset management\nKey principles for successful asset management and common myths\nWhat a career in asset management looks like\n\nClick here to register\n  \n\nAbout the speakers:\nSusan Chamberlain\, Senior Principal Engineer\, WSP\n \nSusan is a Chartered Civil Engineer with asset management\, project and design management\, and road network management experience. She is part of WSP’s Strategic Asset Management team\, assisting asset-owning organisations with strategic\, tactical\, and operational asset management improvements. Susan’s experience spans Australia\, New Zealand\, England\, and Malaysia. She is a Certified Practitioner in Asset Management\, a Certified Asset Management Assessor\, and a Fellow of Engineers Australia. She recently led one of the Asset Management Council’s project teams for the update of the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) Asset Management Landscape document. \nElla Hingston\, Group Leader\, Asset Strategies\, Stantec \nAs a Group Leader and Principal Asset Management Engineer\, Ella leads Stantec’s Asset Strategies group in Queensland\, while delivering projects that maximise the value provided by infrastructure assets to governments and the communities they serve. Ella has delivered asset management projects for local\, state\, and federal government clients throughout Australia\, across the sectors of water and wastewater\, buildings\, transport\, and stormwater. With a passion for growing the asset management profession\, Ella has served on the Asset Management Council (AMCouncil) Brisbane Chapter committee for the past five years and received the AMCouncil’s inaugural Rising Asset Management Star award in 2023.
