She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA in Strategic Management\, further supported by industry-specific qualifications. Her experience is largely in the financial services industry and state government\, where she has worked in customer-facing roles and on a variety of strategic projects. She has concentrated on end-to-end delivery of new software platforms\, development\, and implementation of regulatory & risk frameworks (AMAF and QMS ISO 9001)\, delivery of statewide procurement tenders and development and implementation of capability frameworks. Throughout her career\, she has developed an acute understanding of the end-user\, strategic business imperatives and brings this insight into her Asset Management work with Courts Victoria.
