He has worked across infrastructure\, education\, health and tech sectors\, developing key insights into the particular challenges and opportunities in building equity across these spaces. With over a 15 years of experience in DE&I\, James has specialised knowledge in each pillar of inclusion\, with particular experience across neurodiversity\, LGBTIQA+ inclusion\, and gender equity. James has been leading DE&I at Service Stream for the last 18 months and has delivered key innovations\, including the development Neurodiversity Listening Circles to build neuroinclusive resources\, providing support for Service Stream carers with the school holiday program\, KidsCo\, and being recognised for veteran inclusion with accreditation as a Veteran Friendly Employer by the department of Veteran Affairs.
