DESCRIPTION:This NSW Members Workshop is designed to actively engage AMC members in shaping the Sydney Chapter’s focus\, priorities\, and ways of working\, while grounding discussions in real-world asset management challenges and practice. \nThe session will create a two-way dialogue between members\, the Sydney Chapter\, and AMC to ensure chapter activities remain relevant\, practical\, and value adding. \nBy the end of the workshop\, we will have: \n\nIdentified key asset management topics and themes members want the Sydney Chapter to prioritise\nClarified how AMC can better support members and chapters with practical\, on the ground asset management\nExplored how the Chapter can improve engagement\, participation\, and knowledge sharing\nSurfaced strategic and tactical issues affecting members’ day to day work\nGenerated clear actions and ideas to shape the Sydney Chapter’s forward program\n\nClick here to register
