He is also a co-founder of the Dutch chapter of the Institute of Asset Management\, having served as an IAM NL Country Executive and presently as a member of the IAM Competence Framework Steering Committee. Peter’s notable achievements encompass a central role in establishing and expanding ASSET Rail\, a Rail Maintenance Service Provider jointly owned by Arcadis and Dura Vermeer. Here\, he evolved from a Maintenance Engineer in 2005 to overseeing consultancy and tactical Asset Management services in collaboration with the ASSET Rail CEO. DESCRIPTION:The Asset Management Policy for the NSW Public Sector\, TPP 19-07\, was introduced in October 2019. Its purpose is to drive improved asset management across the public sector. The policy sets out the core asset management practices that the NSW Government expects agencies to adopt in order to meet service delivery objectives efficiently. \nThe presentation will provide an overview of the policy and assess its effectiveness to date in enhancing AM capabilities.
