Join us to explore more with industry experts. \n  \nClick here to register\n  \nAbout the speakers: \nSandy Dunn is the Managing Director and founder of Assetivity Pty Ltd\, a consulting organisation dedicated to assisting organisations in capital intensive industries improve Asset Performance and assure Asset Capability through more effective Asset Management\, Maintenance Management and Reliability Improvement. He has over 40 years’ experience in Maintenance\, Reliability\, Operations and Asset Management\, gained primarily within the Mining and Mineral Processing\, Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors in Australia\, South East Asia\, Africa\, North and South America and Europe. This experience includes senior line management positions and consulting roles. He holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Engineering\, as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is also a qualified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) and Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP). \nSusan Chamberlain is a Chartered Civil Engineer with asset management\, project and design management\, and road network management experience. She is part of WSP’s Strategic Asset Management team\, assisting asset-owning organisations with strategic\, tactical\, and operational asset management improvements. Susan’s experience spans Australia\, New Zealand\, England\, and Malaysia. She is a Certified Practitioner in Asset Management\, a Certified Asset Management Assessor\, and a Fellow of Engineers Australia. She recently led one of the Asset Management Council’s project teams for the update of the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) Asset Management Landscape document. \n

His career has centred on the application of asset management principles and processes that deliver service focussed outcomes for asset intensive operations in private and public sectors. \nNicholas has held increasingly senior positions over his professional career\, carrying out pioneering work in the introduction of asset management systems and processes.\nNicholas has assisted organisations to align stakeholder demands to service delivery outcomes by understanding the inter-dependencies between business functions across the asset portfolio entire lifecycle. \nIn recent years\, Nicholas has: \n\ndeveloped\, implemented\, and monitored improvement in the management system for asset management in public sector agencies.\ndelivered reliability\, availability and maintainability analysis and reports for infrastructure projects.\ndelivered asset management fundamentals training for the Asset Management Council.\nmaintained the operation of MACE Consulting.\n\nNicholas’s career is highlighted by a continuous connection to service delivery assets\, where he has managed rollingstock maintenance\, rail infrastructure asset strategy and engineering\, implemented the Victorian public sector Asset Management Accountability Framework and evaluated/monitored compliance (and maturity).
