He has over 15 years’ experience with the organisation\, beginning his career in the Project Management and Infrastructure Design team as an engineer. Over this time\, Tze-Sian has worked across a range of functions\, including Transport and Parking\, as well as Infrastructure Maintenance\, building a broad understanding of local government asset operations. In recent years\, he has focused on strategic asset management\, leading the development of asset management plans and overseeing asset management systems.
