It highlights that a well-managed change process not only enhances the operational performance of the fleet but also facilitates the transformation of organisational capabilities in an increasingly digital and data-driven environment. \n  \n\nClick here to register\n  \nAbout the speaker: \nSvetlana Makoutonina (Senior Project Manager\, Asset Strategy & Compliance\, Court Services Victoria) is an experienced strategy\, project and change management professional passionate about property and asset management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA in Strategic Management\, further supported by industry-specific qualifications. Her experience is largely in the financial services industry and state government\, where she has worked in customer-facing roles and on a variety of strategic projects. She has concentrated on end-to-end delivery of new software platforms\, development\, and implementation of regulatory & risk frameworks (AMAF and QMS ISO 9001)\, delivery of statewide procurement tenders and development and implementation of capability frameworks. Throughout her career\, she has developed an acute understanding of the end-user\, strategic business imperatives and brings this insight into her Asset Management work with Courts Victoria.
