As Network Needs Manager at ConnectSydney for the past five years\, he has led asset management activities for the Sydney Roads Asset Performance Contract in the Harbour Zone\, providing strategic and tactical direction across asset planning\, compliance\, sustainability and continuous improvement\, in alignment with TfNSW stewardship principles. He is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic and tactical asset management plans\, embedding ISO 55000-aligned practices\, and driving reliability-based maintenance and renewal strategies across a diverse portfolio of road\, bridge\, tunnel and pavement assets.
