She works in the Asset Management Assurance team to administer the Asset Management Policy for the NSW Public Sector (TPP 19-07). Her work involves: reporting to NSW Cabinet on the extent to which agencies comply with the Asset Management Policy developing tools and processes that help more than 50 government agencies present asset management related information in a way that meets Government’s needs helping agencies to improve their asset management maturity. Today\, Lucie is going to talk about a methodology developed to help agencies report their maintenance and renewals funding needs and the associated risks.

She worked in the mining sector in technical and leadership roles for a decade. After a year off in 2022 to welcome a second child\, Pip returned to co-lead the Bushfire Priority Zone Transition Project\, an initiative critical to community safety and climate resilience.
