She subsequently moved into Engineering Technology and Materiel Logistics (ETML) Division\, where she works as a Systems Engineer on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs\, with responsibilities including standards management\, systems integration\, and assurance across enterprise-level capabilities. Her experience spans across systems engineering\, standards governance\, sustainment support\, and capability integration across multidisciplinary teams\, with a focus on delivering reliable and scalable solutions in complex operational environments.\n		\n			\n		\n\n		\n			\n				\n			\n			\n		 \n		\n			Sandeep (Sunny) Jadhav is an accomplished Electrical Engineer and senior Defence leader with extensive experience in Army project delivery\, through-life support\, Defence reform\, and continuous improvement. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer\, Fellow of Engineers Australia\, and Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma\, with multiple master’s degrees and a strong publication record in systems engineering\, organisational excellence\, and data analytics. In 2025\, a comprehensive AS/ISO 55001-aligned Asset Management Maturity Assessment demonstrated measurable uplift: 4 major gaps fully closed\, 10 materially progressed\, and only 1 legacy gap outstanding. \nIn the time between the two assessments\, a sustained program of design\, implementation\, and optimisation of Asset Management artifacts\, processes and procedures have been implemented. He has supported the deployment of a dedicated Snowflake Datalab environment and helped establish and facilitate research collaborations with international academic institutions. Artur also works closely with engineering and business teams to encourage internal data adoption and strengthen cross-functional alignment. Beyond his technical work\, Artur is actively involved in workplace culture and mentorship initiatives\, including contributing to internal peer-recognition programs and assisting with Computer Vision technical challenges for high school STEM outreach.

SUMMARY:Webinar - Monash University's Asset Data Capture Project
DESCRIPTION:This presentation will focus on how Monash University’s Buildings and Property has delivered a multistage project to strengthen asset information governance and unify fragmented building services asset registers into a single\, standards-based campus-wide register. \nGuided by the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) requirements\, the project established clear asset information requirements (guardrails)\, standardised data models\, and consistent processes for internal teams and external service providers. \nImplementation was supported through targeted training\, pilot programs\, and streamlined data acquisition and consolidation activities.
