He has developed and delivered customised change management\, problem-solving and critical thinking programs\, delivering over 3\,600 hours of structured training to more than 650 personnel. \nDuring the last 30 years\, Alan has acquired knowledge in transport assets specifically in rolling stock\, including the design\, build\, maintenance and refurbishment of passenger trains\, diesel and electric locomotives\, as well as construction\, access and earth moving equipment.
