This webinar is essential for professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of inclusive asset management and its benefits. \n\n\n\n\n  \nClick Here to Register\n  \nAbout the speakers: \nEmily Lok\, Engineer (Supportability) (Reliability)\, Marine \nEmily is a Reliability and Supportability Engineer at Babcock Australia & New Zealand\, where she uses her strong asset management knowledge to support the Defence industry. She has provided asset optimisation services in multiple projects for the Australian Defence Force\, including working with the Landing Helicopter Docks and with high frequency communications systems. Outside of work\, she is very passionate about volunteering\, having previously taught school students about engineering with Robogals Global and is now currently providing crisis support at Lifeline Australia. Diversity and inclusivity in the workplace are topics close to her heart and she is dedicated to creating a culture where everyone can excel and feel valued. \nTruong Vu Nguyen\,  Fleet Asset Management Analyst\, Marine \n\n\n\n\nTruong Vu Nguyen has extensive Asset Management experience in State and Local Government\, particularly in Road and Infrastructure. Truong has managed capital projects\, including subdivisions exceeding $10 million\, for Penrith City Council. Over the past five years\, Truong has supported Defence projects at Babcock\, with a particular emphasis on the Landing Helicopter Dock under ACSSPO. Currently\, Truong provides asset management services to the RAAF with ADG Ground Supporting Equipment. Truong Vu Nguyen is a Certified Practitioner in Asset Manager (CPAM). \nAkshay Athalye\, Lead Asset Lifecycle Engineer \nAkshay is a qualified Reliability and Asset Management Engineer. Although an accidental reliability engineer\, he is an advocate for great Reliability practices. He is also the host of the podcast “Reliability – It Matters”. He has worked across a diverse range of industries from bottling cold beverages to digging copper\, running trains and mammoth naval vessels. \nDavid Mangan\, MSc&Tech\, ILS Manager\, Marine \nDavid Mangan is currently the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager for Babcock\, supporting the Royal Australian Navy’s Landing Helicopter Dock/Landing Ship Dock (LHD/LSD) System Program Office. With over four years of experience in Maritime Sustainment\, David has held roles such as Asset Performance & Optimisation Manager and Seaworthiness & Engineering Assurance Manager for the LHDs. David’s career began in 1992 with Qantas as an apprentice aircraft maintenance engineer. Over 27 years\, he worked in various maintenance and quality roles\, eventually managing multiple teams across Australia and Los Angeles. David also served in the Australian Army Reserve for 10 years and has completed a Masters in Science Technology\, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering\, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology. Additionally\, he holds lead auditor qualifications and has undertaken numerous industry courses. \nGrahame Paton\, Senior ILS Engineering Technician\, Marine \nGrahame has worked with Babcock for the past 2 years after being in the Navy for over 30 years. Grahame has served on Submarines\, DDG’s\, FFG’s and HMAS Tobruk. Grahame has been trained and conducted maintenance on high voltage power generation and distribution\, radar operation and maintenance\, hydraulic and pneumatic systems\, LAN hardware\, explosives\, HVAC\, to name a few. Academically Grahame has completed his Masters in Reliability and Maintenance Management. With this breadth of experiences Grahame is able to bring the maintainers point of view when conducting Asset Management. \nNicholas Keltchine\, Graduate Mechatronics Engineer \nNicholas is currently in our graduate program and has worked in the defence industry for over 1 year. This includes delivering engineering support to the Landing Helicopter Dock HMAS Canberra and Adelaide\, whilst finishing his tertiary studies. Following graduation\, he is currently supporting Babcock’s High Frequency Radio Project (JP9101). Additionally\, he is also enlisted Army reservist and passionate about small arms combat in an evolving field environment.
