Over 27 years\, he worked in various maintenance and quality roles\, eventually managing multiple teams across Australia and Los Angeles. David also served in the Australian Army Reserve for 10 years and has completed a Masters in Science Technology\, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering\, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology. Additionally\, he holds lead auditor qualifications and has undertaken numerous industry courses. \nGrahame Paton\, Senior ILS Engineering Technician\, Marine \nGrahame has worked with Babcock for the past 2 years after being in the Navy for over 30 years. Grahame has served on Submarines\, DDG’s\, FFG’s and HMAS Tobruk. Grahame has been trained and conducted maintenance on high voltage power generation and distribution\, radar operation and maintenance\, hydraulic and pneumatic systems\, LAN hardware\, explosives\, HVAC\, to name a few. Academically Grahame has completed his Masters in Reliability and Maintenance Management. With this breadth of experiences Grahame is able to bring the maintainers point of view when conducting Asset Management. \nNicholas Keltchine\, Graduate Mechatronics Engineer \nNicholas is currently in our graduate program and has worked in the defence industry for over 1 year. This includes delivering engineering support to the Landing Helicopter Dock HMAS Canberra and Adelaide\, whilst finishing his tertiary studies.
