This project has expanded over the years to include the adjacent Toitoi Municipal Building\, culminating in a comprehensive Asset Information Model (AIM) of both buildings. \nA key development has been the integration of climate change data within the asset information model to enhance building resilience. Te Ringa Maimoa is leading the implementation of a consistent approach to the collection of pavement and surfacing condition data for all local authority sealed roads. The Consistent Condition Data Collection (CCDC) project is being developed collaboratively by sector representatives from councils and Waka Kotahi\, supported by industry subject matter experts. This presentation will focus on how a new Centre of Excellence will collaboratively co-manage the national delivery of the pavement condition data collection programme for the state highway and local road networks from July 2024. \nShaun Lion-Cachet\, Principal Consultant\, Invise Ltd \nShaun Lion-Cachet is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in leadership\, engineering\, asset management\, project management\, and staff management across both the public and private sectors. The Corporation seeks to formally define Stakeholder Value with a view to implementing Value-based Decision-making via the IMSS. \nAs part of formalising its Asset Management System\, SLSMC developed an Asset Management Value Framework with significant Internal and External Stakeholder engagement. The analysis of the Internal and External Contexts provided the opportunity to further define stakeholders’ needs more clearly in a way that might be used to define Value. He has extensive experience in the Mining Industry\, fulfilling numerous roles and functions at senior levels within a major resource company. As Head of Asset Management\, he developed and implemented an Asset Management Strategic plan for the organisation. He is Chair of MB-019\, the Australian Mirror Committee to ISO 55000 Standards Australia. He now consults in the field of Asset Management and is a Lead Auditor for Bureau Veritas. \nDominic Townsend\, President\, ABS Quality Evaluations; Asset Leadership Network Board of Directors Member \nDominic Townsend is President of ABS Quality Evaluations\, where he has worked since 2010. ABS Quality Evaluations is the management systems certification subsidiary of ABS Group. He has been in the certification industry since 1990. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant designate from the State of New Jersey. He is a Director of Independent International Organisation for Certification. He previously served as a member of the Board for the International Accreditation of Accredited Registrars (IAAR). He is also an Asset Leadership Network Board Member.
