She is a certified chartered accountant with experience in strategic decision-making across the resource sector and the public sector\, focusing on capital performance. \nDeeksha Kumar is a Data Scientist at Urban Utilities in the asset management team. She has four years of experience applying data science in asset management. She completed a Master of Business Analytics from La Trobe University\, where she majored in Data Science\, and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Economics from Amity University in India. She is a creative thinker\, a collaborative team player\, and a continuous learner\, with a strong work ethic and a passion for data science. \n
