Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working in senior leadership roles in aviation. He spent a significant part of his career with Qantas Airlines Engineering division where he led the Maintenance Operations Centre, responsible for the technical support and asset planning of the aircraft fleet.
Andrew played a leading role in the Qantas Engineering transformation journey where he led the complete restructure of the aircraft planning organisation, an integrated program of enhancements to systems, processes and structures.
More recently, Andrew has led the Airports and Customer Experience divisions within Qantas, where he was responsible for the strategy, commercial and safety management as well as the leadership of customer facing team members over a national footprint.
In addition to providing leadership and support of the BroadspectrumAsset Management Team, Andrew’s priorities are to work with the business to finalise the Defence Base Services Asset Management strategic plan, including driving key short term priorities in support of the Zone teams.

I hold a Masters in Business and Engineering Asset Management from UWA, am a Certified Fellow in Asset Management and a Certified Assessor.I am a Director on the Board of the Asset Management Council of Australia and the World Partners in Asset Management and a member of the Global Forum in Maintenance & Asset Management. Mustapha is the APM functional director and practice leader at GE Digital across Asia Pacific. As a senior practitioner and subject matter expert, Mustapha has 17 years of experience in the field of Reliability and Asset Performance Management under his belt. Mustapha has highly developed skills in APM work processes and enterprise programs. He earned his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, and went on to get his PhD in Reliability & Asset Management in 2006. Mustapha has implemented APM by providing consulting, training, and implementation services to a wide range of customers from different industries and locations. Mustapha has also led a number of APM Digital Transformation studies to help custom design and extract maximum value out of their APM programs.
Reza is a Mechanical engineer with practical expertise in reliability, managing maintenance decisions, and designing & implementation of comprehensive asset management and reliability engineering solutions provisioned within Digital Twins. . He has led several teams in driving positive changes within large engineering operations in Australia, South East Asia, North America and Middle East in a variety of industries including Mining, Oil & Gas, and Utilities. Reza has in-depth knowledge of asset management, reliability, and a very broad understanding of the Asset Performance Management (APM) solution and enabling software solutions and technologies used to support digital transformation in maintenance & operation.
Paul is a Chartered Professional Engineer with experience in the rail industry which extends over 20 years, including maintenance and project delivery, engineering services, business development and leadership. Paul has led Strukton Rail’s business in Australia since November 2017 and is responsible for the development and growth into key markets of passenger transport and heavy haul. Paul is an advocate for the application of new digital technologies related to rail asset management and is passionate about the opportunities that technology and data, combined with domain expertise can provide to improve performance across the rail sector
Graham is the Asset Manager Gas Services Unit for the Power and Water Corporation in the Northern Territory with 20 years in construction, 12 years being in maintenance & shutdown projects within the oil and gas industry, having been involved in the planning and execution of more than 26 major shutdowns. He has worked in a number of different sectors and processing facilities leading up to his appointment in the Asset Management function where he now manages the gas pipeline assets for Power Water Corp.

For the past 20 years, Dr Power has worked nationally and internationally on Intelligent Asset Management, guiding technology developments and has successfully introduced advanced and award-winning solutions into large scale operations. At Rio Tinto, Dr Power is accountable for delivery of the Rio Tinto Asset Management Roadmap, including partnering with Rio Tinto stakeholders to ensure the systems and technology landscape is future proof.
