The AMCouncil is proud to support the upcoming Complex Systems Leadership Workshop in Sydney which will provide engineers with skills to address leadership which recognises the rapidly changing engineering business environment.
Seven different specialist themes will be addressed in the streamed workshop including: asset management, biomedical engineering, bridge and building construction, mechanical systems, transport, and refreshing a tired engineering business. Leadership to deal with the rapidly changing engineering business environment including competitive advantage for commercial organisations and first class services; separating the administrative role of leadership from the inspirational role; delegating; being agile; and, recognising both aging and too rapid growth, are all addressed.
