We all face changes in our life. Sometimes, we lead changes, and other times, we are on the receiving end. This presentation will provide some key guidance on how to take into account how change affects others, be it in your organisation or other stakeholders such as customers. Everyone reacts to change differently, so having some tools and techniques can help us all understand how to implement successful change and make it business as usual.
Cyrus Allen and Robert Dew from CapFeather are experienced practitioners in customer experience and change management, and they will provide guidance and some suggestions on how to implement successful change as well as highlighting some actions that should be avoided. These techniques work across internal and external environments and so will appeal to many different levels and facets of an organisation
This session is ideal for anyone who has to implement changes or is involved in changing policies and practices in a working environment regardless of organisation level.
