Symp Sneak Peek 1Join us on Friday, 4th October for our Implementing Asset Management in Government Symposium. Read on for a sneak peek of just one of the topics that we will be exploring during the day.

A Queensland Case Study

Asset management is a broad and complex topic, requiring leadership and team effort to achieve the desired outcomes. Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC) has developed an internal project playbook (or problem solving framework) to help public sector clients solve the right problems and improve their financial sustainability. The playbook includes best practice in problem identification, data analytics and team agility. A Queensland local government water and wastewater case study will be presented, highlighting the processes of problem identification and resolution in an environment where physical assets are key.
