Digitalisation is changing how government and asset intensive organisations collect, manage and use asset information. The challenge is not simply introducing new technology — it is ensuring that digital information, data and emerging tools such as AI are embedded into asset management practice and used to support better planning and decision-making.
This symposium and workshop has been designed to help asset management professionals understand that transition and consider how it can be applied within their own organisations.
What will you gain from the day?
By attending, you will:

AMCouncil will provide a live demonstration of how artificial intelligence can support the development of a Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and Asset Management Plan (AMP) — including organising information, developing structure, identifying gaps and assisting with the planning process.

Explore the information, structure, governance, stakeholders and data requirements needed to develop and maintain an effective digital SAMP or AMP.
