A major focus of the Technical Study Tour Program is emersion in emerging technology and infrastructure, including drones applications in the low altitude economy, robotics, smart water systems, building information modelling, port automation, electric vehicles and advanced manufacturing and use of AI. The trip also provides opportunities to strengthen relationships with Chinese organisations and industry associations.
The Study Tour includes the in-country component of the Study Tour which will commence on Wednesday 14th October at 9am in Guangzhou and concluded at Friday 23rd October at 5pm in Beijing. Delegates are responsible for own transport to and from commencement and end points of the tour. The program and other details will be discussed during the briefing session scheduled for Thursday 6th August 1pm AEST with time to ask questions.
