Last night, members of the AMCouncil Canberra Chapter gathered for a local hub event, tuning in to the Sydney Chapter’s technical session, AI in Action: Practical Applications for Asset Management Decision-Making.

The session explored three practical applications of artificial intelligence in asset management: engineering-led AI for complex decision-making, computer vision for asset inspection and condition assessment, and AI-assisted data cleaning for asset failure classification and governance.

Following the presentations, Canberra attendees had the opportunity to discuss the insights shared, connect with local peers and network over light refreshments.

Thank you to Canberra Chapter Chair James Stevenson for arranging the gathering, and to the AMCouncil Sydney Chapter for accommodating the Canberra hub and enabling members in both cities to participate in the technical session.
