The AM Council is supporting the development of a practical, industry-informed reference model to make contract handovers smoother, strengthen project governance and improve risk management for major infrastructure initiatives. By addressing challenges like fragmented processes, data gaps, unexpected costs and service disruptions, the reference model aims to drive better outcomes through clear accountability, comprehensive training and holistic organisational strategies.

We are asking AMCouncil members to contribute to the project by participating in a short survey. Your experience and feedback will directly shape this reference model – to develop solutions that enhance service continuity, reduce risks and deliver greater value on future infrastructure projects.
The survey will be open until Friday 14 August 2026. All responses are confidential and will be curated by the AM Council.
