Stacey Marsh is the Head of Infrastructure Asset Management, Infrastructure and Investment at Te Whatu Ora. Her previous role was looking after the National Facility Design Advisory and Assurance team where she has continued to develop systems and processes to support the change in industry required to standardise health facility design. Prior to that Stacey was an Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager of a social housing portfolio worth $4.7b in the central North Island. During that time, she completed regional asset management plans to support national asset planning and strategic outcomes by assessing the portfolio against Minister-agreed asset levels of service. These included criteria such as asset condition, average age of portfolio and Ministry of Social Development demand requirements. She has also been involved with national maintenance contracts & national supply agreements to realise the benefit of scale that comes from large infrastructure portfolios.
