Adam Rotapel, Chair of the AMCouncil’s Perth Chapter, helps asset-intensive organisations make smarter decisions about how they invest in and manage their physical assets. He works across the full investment lifecycle — from strategic planning and early-stage business cases to performance monitoring and portfolio optimisation. He is passionate about providing evidence-based advice to support decision-makers in driving greater value, reducing risk, and navigating complexity with confidence.
