Sydney – Membership Engagement Forum

This NSW Members Workshop is designed to actively engage AMC members in shaping the Sydney Chapter’s focus, priorities, and ways of working, while grounding discussions in real-world asset management challenges and practice.

The session will create a two-way dialogue between members, the Sydney Chapter, and AMC to ensure chapter activities remain relevant, practical, and value adding.

By the end of the workshop, we will have:

• Identified key asset management topics and themes members want the Sydney Chapter to prioritise
• Clarified how AMC can better support members and chapters with practical, on the ground asset management
• Explored how the Chapter can improve engagement, participation, and knowledge sharing
• Surfaced strategic and tactical issues affecting members’ day to day work
• Generated clear actions and ideas to shape the Sydney Chapter’s forward program
