Tanya has 20 years Asset Management experience primarily within the oil and gas industry focussing on maintenance, reliability and asset management improvement.

Shane Scriven, Owner & Managing Director, SAS Asset Management
Shane is a passionate and driven Asset Management & Reliability professional who enjoys developing lasting relationships within his community. He is currently the Owner and Managing Director of SAS Asset Management Pty Ltd & The Maintenance School.
Shane started his asset management career as a condition monitoring technician traveling Australia supporting organisations with their CM, root cause analysis and proactive maintenance needs. Shane has extensive experience in asset maintenance management, maintenance engineering and reliability engineering during his time working within Australia’s food & beverage and pulp and paper industries.
He is currently the Owner and Managing Director of SAS Asset Management Pty Ltd supporting clients in Health Care, Defence Transport and Manufacturing. Focusing on bringing practical, pragmatic and innovative solutions to its clients, SAS Asset Management take Asset Management and Reliability Engineering ‘better practices’ and tailoring them for their clients to form ‘best practices for you’.
Craig Taylor, Principle Consulting Engineer, Casmat Engineering
Craig is the principle of Casmat Engineering a Facility & Asset Management Company in NSW providing a range of services to companies in Australia and New Zealand over the last 30 years. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer in the areas of practice of Asset Management and Mechanical Engineering and a CAMA to ISO 55001.
Craig has worked across a variety of industries over this time including in construction, mining, defence, education, health sectors, water & sewage treatment, power industry and manufacturing facilities with a focus on asset performance through reliability and availability over the life of the asset.
