Explore how the CAPITAL framework is setting a new benchmark in long-term infrastructure management through a commercially innovative, risk-aware approach. Applied to major projects like the Western and Sydney Harbour Tunnels, this 30-year fixed-fee model integrates asset management, operations, and maintenance to deliver sustained performance and value. In this session, learn how CAPITAL aligns customer needs with design, incentivises innovation, and uses commercial levers—like lane-rental fees and lifecycle funding—to safeguard asset condition and community outcomes for decades to come.
