Vijay Eden is a seasoned Asset Management professional with an engineering background and a strong passion for Occupational Health and Safety. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Vijay has delivered strategic Asset Management across both the public and private sectors, providing specialist technical advice and support in managing the full asset lifecycle. His career has included driving improvements to infrastructure within a diverse and complex portfolio of public buildings across Victoria, the majority of which are heritage listed. Vijay has a proven track record in implementing strategic Asset Management Systems, promoting proactive maintenance, strengthening Occupational Health and Safety management, mitigating business risk, and managing both capital and output budgets. His expertise includes ensuring compliance with the AMAF, Essential Safety Measures (ESM), and contractor management, as well as supporting sustainability initiatives and overseeing Service Level Agreements (SLA). He is particularly passionate about stakeholder engagement, fostering continuous improvement, and mentoring the next generation of asset management professionals.
