Webinar – Targeting Our Bushfire Risk Management to where it Matters Most (AM in Action – a 2025 Excellence Award Submission)

21 October @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm AEDT
FREE FOR MEMBERS

With bushfire threats intensifying, Essential Energy is using enhanced risk modelling to rethink how and where it manages vegetation near powerlines. In this session, learn how the Bushfire Priority Zone Transition (BPT) project is tackling the challenge of mitigating bushfire risk across 3,850 km of high-risk network areas—equivalent to a full year’s vegetation management workload. Discover how data-driven prioritisation, strategic planning, and targeted investment are enabling a smarter, more effective response to bushfire resilience in critical electricity infrastructure.
