The AMCouncil Sydney Chapter came together last night for AI in Action: Practical Applications for Asset Management Decision-Making, an engaging evening focused on how AI is being applied to real asset management challenges.
Hosted at Ausgrid’s Roden Cutler House, the event featured three practical presentations exploring the use of AI, machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing across asset management decision-making, inspection imagery, condition assessment, failure classification, data governance and auditable asset analytics.
Thank you to our presenters, Dr Kevin Hang, Lili Chen and Dr Xi Chen, for sharing their insights and examples of AI moving beyond theory and into operational asset management environments.
AMCouncil also extends its thanks to Sydney Chapter Chair Dylan Poropot, Secretary Stephen Poropat, and the broader Sydney Chapter team for organising and supporting another valuable member event.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion.
