A General Meeting of members of the Asset Management Council Ltd was held on Friday 23 October 2015 at 5:30pm at Oaks-on-Market, 60 Market St, Melbourne to consider changes to the company’s constitution. Four Special Resolutions were passed at the meeting allowing alterations to the Constitution under four categories of typographical errors, alignment with strategy, assisting the organisation governance, membership clarity.
