The Australian Government has established an AI Review Committee to support safe and responsible AI adoption across the Australian Public Service. The Committee will provide practical, non-binding advice, promote shared learning, and strengthen oversight of AI uses that may affect people, services, or public trust. It includes six senior government leaders and aims to improve AI risk management capability and consistency across the public sector.
