The Auburn Stabling project involves the construction of a new train stabling facility in Sydney’s north-west, with the aim of catering for the expected increase in train services in Sydney’s inner-west and south-west. Arup were engaged to deliver an Asset Management model for use during maintenance and improvement works. Through the use of leading software integration solution FME, Arup’s team provided a solution which allowed for seamless transferring of features between disciplines regardless of the native format of the design software being used.
