Overview:

NRG Gladstone Operating Services, Gladstone Power Station was awarded a Silver level Asset Management Award at this year’s ICOMs Conference in Hobart. NRG Gladstone Operating Services were recipients of the Nominee Award and will be a finalist at the Australian Engineering Excellence Awards, hosted by Engineers Australia. Presenters: Benjamin Hayden and Clinton Windsor were recipients of the People’s Choice Best Paper Award in Hobart. Benjamin and Clinton along with Glenn (Shoey) Schumacher will present their paper at this Chapter Meeting.

Emilija Trajkovska is an undergraduate working with Brisbane Motorway Services (a Leighton Contractors – Lend Lease Joint Venture). Emilija is currently undertaking a double degree Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Business at Griffith University. She has kindly agreed to present an overview of her thesis on the Airport Link Project.
Deryk Anderson is a past Queensland Chair of the Asset Management Council. Deryk’s work with the Asset Management Council in recent time has included representation of membership interests in the emerging ISO standard on Asset Management. Deryk will provide an Asset Management Council update on ISO 5500X Asset Management standard and seek comments and questions from the audience.
