The Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) facilitates access to a large number of resources and tools to assist with effective asset management. Peter will discuss these and better equip asset management professionals to deal with the challenges they face.
Asset Management Trends within the Department of Transport and Main Roads (Miles Vass)
This presentation will set out the current framework for the asset management approach within the Department of Transport. Areas covered will include innovation, treatment of capital expenditure and consideration of asset management practices
Asset Management Journey at Queensland Rail (Venkat Reddy/Graham Brown)
This presentation will discuss asset management in practice at Queensland Rail and will cover some of the lessons learnt during the implementation of Queensland Rails new Enterprise Asset Management System.
