Audit Committee Chair Andrew Sarah
After due consideration and with the costs being of the same magnitude, Andrew Sarah recommended to the members that we appoint C.W. Stirling as our Auditor for the 2010 financial reporting period.
Nomination
Due to the majority of the positive response from the members of the Asset Management Council, C.W. Stirling is elected as our Auditor for the 2010 financial reporting period.
On the 23 and 24 October 2010, the Asset Management Council held an Exchange Weekend which gathered together the Asset Management Board members, Chapter Chairs or Chapter representatives, and members of the Technical Development Team.
Board
The Board reviewed the draft strategic plan, and determined KPI’s for the next 12 months. The strategic plan will be published for all members in December this year. The Nominations Committee submitted two documents to guide the Nominations Committee activities.
