AM Council Constitutional Changes
A General Meeting of members of the Asset Management Council Ltd was held on Friday 23 October 2015 at 5:30pm at Oaks-on-Market, 60 Market St, Melbourne to consider changes to the company’s constitution. Four Special Resolutions were passed at the meeting allowing alterations to the Constitution under four categories of typographical errors, alignment with strategy, assisting the organisation governance, membership clarity.
Survey Summary of ISO 55000 Standards Usage
A survey of industry use of the IS)55000 suite of standards was undertaken by AMCouncil in conjunction with IPWEA throughout October 2015. The results were used to gain in insight into the use of the standards and inform the technical standards meeting held on 11 November in Japan. A total of 98 responses were received from a cross sector of industries including government, utilities, transport, oil and gas, mining, defence and manufacturing. Responses were received from all states of Australia as well as from overseas.
