Why Precision Maintenance? With Chris Purkiss and Graham Webb
Many Condition Monitoring programs have become “stuck”, they have plateaued or are not giving the expected outcomes any more. The intent of this paper is twofold. Firstly this talk looks at what can be done to get the benefits flowing again. Secondly this paper looks at how Precision Maintenance initiatives should flow out of a Condition Monitoring program. It explains Precision Maintenance in a language engineers understand. Past feedback has suggested people have gone back to their work sites motivated to drive Precision Maintenance programs forward.
