Asset Management is all about managing assets by operating and maintaining assets, planning for renewing them and ensuring that what we are doing is having a positive effect. But, how do we manage Asset Management? What are the activities we must do in managing our processes.?
This forum takes the shape of a discussion on the activities that we all need to do to ensure that our Asset Management strategy is maintained and that we manage the process of managing our assets.
This forum will be driven by you, the participant. The discussion is to be around the things we must do on a periodic basis and how we go about prompting these events. Examples include when we plan our capital budget and what prompts us to make preparations, tasks we do weekly such as planning next week’s maintenance activities, tasks we do monthly such as reviewing asset performance and activities that occur annually such as reviewing supply contracts.
Time: 5:30PM for 6:00PM start
