Senior Manager Asset Information and Reporting within the Asset Management Branch. The team are custodians of all Transport for NSW Cluster wide Asset Information & Reporting Standards including the asset classification system & data dictionary.
The team are also responsible for building the Transport Asset Custodian Platform to support a core requirement for the AM Policy, that includes a fit for purpose technical asset register containing accurate and comprehensive information on the agency’s planned and existing assets.

Julian is an international leader in infrastructure management whose passion is in enabling clients to realise more customer value from their assets. He is a strategic thinker with more than 20 years’ experience leading teams to deliver outcomes for asset intensive organisations in multiple sectors including Transport, Power & Utilities and Government Infrastructure.
He is the geographic lead for KPMG Engineering, Assets and Project Delivery in Victoria, serves on the KPMG Global Infrastructure InfraTech and Innovation Board and has delivered customer value-centric initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, USA, UAE and the UK.
Julian gives back to the profession through his roles with the Asset Management Council as the National Chair for Asset Data and Digital, his involvement in developing ISO55001:2014, as the Co-Chair for the Australasian BIM Advisory Board Asset Management Working Group and as the Co-Chair for the Smart Cities Council Digital Twin Task Force.
