Strategic Asset Management Plans Workshop
Regardless of the size, operating environment or nature of assets managed by an organisation, many asset-intensive organisations face the challenge of delivering services within constrained budgets while managing risks to an acceptable level.
Join like-minded peers from the Asset Management Council Brisbane Chapter to discuss and explore how strategic asset management plans can be developed and implemented to assist organisations with balancing the cost, risk and performance of their asset base.
Wednesday 25 August saw the Perth chapter hold a much anticipated and fully booked out face-to-face event at the offices of Arup (thanks, Arup!) with a 4-part technical seminar themed all around artificial intelligence in asset management.
The audience were treated to presentations on digital transformation and digital twins; enabling sustainable cities; rapid ROI realisation using an automated AI platform; and applying computer vision to detect identification in pipes.
Thursday 26 August saw the Brisbane chapter host an online Technical session with a theme of Asset Management in Local Councils. Ashish Shah, Lead Engineer, Strategic Asset Management Transport from Brisbane City.
