Last night, Melbourne Chapter members made their way to the Hotel Grand Chancellor in the CBD for a technical session to explore asset management accountability. Asset Management is a core business capability, which requires active and participative engagement across the organisation. Leadership and culture are pivotal to set and sustain behaviours for success, asset management culture and leadership is a shared accountability function. An understanding of accountability drives business success, asset management accountability was explored in an interactive presentation and discussion facilitated by Nicholas Phillips. The Asset Management Council is organising a site tour to view the Hydrogen Energy Supply Chain (HESC) pilot project on Tuesday 13th September 2022.
Participants will learn about the HESC pilot key elements:
