In last week’s Women in Asset Management webinar discussion Tim Reardon, Secretary of the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet explored what asset management means to NSW Government, how it adds value for the community, how we can harness new technologies and innovation to deliver value and why people, especially women, should be excited to work in asset management in the public sector.
The Queensland Government State Infrastructure Plan (SIP) Part B was released on 23rd July 2019. The strategy outlines the Queensland Government’s strategic direction for planning and prioritising the investment and delivery of infrastructure that supports growth enables economic development and creates jobs. Part B outlines a 4 year $49.5billion infrastructure program with a corresponding $12.9billion spend in the 2019-20 year.
