Having a chat is something I love to do. I’m curious by nature, I’m interested in other people, and being in a job where I can combine my loquacious personality with my other favourite activity, writing, makes me a pretty happy camper. So, in late October, I was delighted to sit with Sally Jones, Manager of Asset Management at Victoria’s Country Fire Authority—better known as the CFA—to interview her for a post relating to our Women in Asset Management Special Interest Group.

Ferrovial signs agreement to sell Broadspectrum

In our fourth instalment on data this month, we have a look at how data quality can build trust.

You may remember the previous article on data related to Google and the case brought against them by ACCC, who alleges the digital powerhouse has been less than honest with the public about what they do with our personal data. If you didn’t read it, check it out. It is a prime example of how data inaccuracies or ambivalent disclosures can break the trust of your customers.
